Refund Policy

Last updated 14 October 2026

This policy explains your right to cancel and when we give refunds. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Your 14-day right to cancel

UK law usually gives you 14 days to cancel something you buy online. Our plans give you instant access to digital content, so before you pay you tick a box to confirm that you want your plan to start straight away and that you understand you can only get a refund if you haven't used any of it. Once you use any mock interview or practice attempt from a plan, you no longer have the right to cancel that purchase for a refund.

2. When we refund you

  • Unused plan, within 14 days of buying: a full refund.
  • Weekly or monthly renewal you haven't used, within 14 days of the renewal: a full refund of that renewal.
  • Charged twice by mistake: we refund the extra charge.
  • Something on our side stopped the service working and we couldn't fix it within a reasonable time: a refund for the part you couldn't use, or more if the law entitles you to it.

3. When we don't

  • A plan you have started using (any mock interview or practice attempt).
  • The days left on a weekly or monthly plan you cancel or switch away from. You keep access until the end of the period instead.
  • Disagreeing with an AI score or piece of feedback. Feedback is practice guidance and is not a fault in the service.

None of this affects your legal rights if the service is faulty.

4. Cancelling a weekly or monthly plan

Cancel any time from your billing page. You keep full access until the end of the week or month you've paid for and won't be charged again. The 6-month season pass is a single payment and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email admin@mmiready.co.uk from the email address on your account, saying which plan you bought and roughly when. We aim to reply within 24 hours. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe, and usually show within 5 to 10 working days. When a plan is refunded, its access and any unused mocks end.
