Terms and Conditions

Last updated 14 October 2026

These terms explain how you can use MMIReady and what you and we agree to when you create an account or buy a plan. Please read them, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

MMIReady is run by a sole trader based in England. You can contact us by email at admin@mmiready.co.uk or by post at: Our postal address will be added here shortly. Until then, please email us.

2. What MMIReady is

MMIReady is an online practice tool for students preparing for UK medical school interviews. It includes a question bank with notes, university-specific mock interviews, an AI interviewer that reads questions aloud, AI role-play stations, and feedback on your recorded answers.

We are independent. We are not connected to, approved by or working with any university, medical school, UCAS, the General Medical Council or any admissions body. Our mock interviews are modelled on publicly known formats; they are not a university's real questions. Your scores and feedback are for practice only and do not predict or guarantee how you will do at interview or whether you will get an offer.

3. Who can use it

  • You must be 16 or over to create an account.
  • If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to you using MMIReady and, if you buy a plan, to the purchase.
  • Each account is for one person. Please don't share your account or your login details.

4. Your account

Give us accurate details, keep your password safe and tell us straight away at admin@mmiready.co.uk if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens on your account unless it was used without your permission and you weren't at fault.

5. Free and paid plans

A free account includes 6 questions from the question bank with full notes, practice with the AI interviewer and feedback. Paid plans open the whole question bank and the university-specific mock interviews. The current plans, prices and what each includes are shown on our pricing page.

  • Weekly and Monthly plans renew automatically at the end of each week or month and you are charged the price shown when you bought it, until you cancel.
  • The 6-month season pass is a single payment for six months of access. It does not renew.
  • Each plan gives you a set number of mock interviews and practice attempts for each week, month or season pass. A practice attempt is one go at a single question with feedback. Unused mocks and attempts don't carry over when a weekly or monthly plan renews.
  • If you switch to a different plan while one is running, the new plan starts straight away, any mocks you haven't used come with you, and your old weekly or monthly plan stops so you are never charged for two plans. The days left on the old plan aren't refunded.
  • Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
  • If we change the price of a weekly or monthly plan, we will email you at least 14 days before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you want to.

6. Cancelling a weekly or monthly plan

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. You keep full access until the end of the week or month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

7. Your 14-day right to cancel and refunds

UK law usually gives you 14 days to cancel something you buy online. Plans give you instant access to digital content, so before you pay we ask you to tick a box to confirm that you want your plan to start straight away and that you understand you can only get a refund if you haven't used any of it. That means:

  • If you ask within 14 days of buying and you haven't used any mock interview or practice attempt from that plan, we will refund you in full.
  • Once you have used any of it, you no longer have the right to cancel that purchase and get a refund.
  • Each renewal of a weekly or monthly plan is a new payment. If you ask within 14 days of a renewal and haven't used anything since it renewed, we will refund that renewal.
  • If you are charged twice by mistake, we will refund the extra charge.

If something on our side stops the service working and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, you have legal rights to a repair, a replacement or some or all of your money back, whatever you have used. How to ask for a refund is set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Using MMIReady fairly

You agree not to:

  • copy, record, screenshot, share, publish or sell our questions, scenarios, notes, model answers, mark schemes or mock interviews, or pass them to anyone else;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the site or collect its content;
  • try to get round plan limits, logins or security, or overload the site or its AI features;
  • try to copy our software, prompts or marking, or use our content or the AI's output to build or train another product or AI model;
  • upload anything unlawful, offensive or that you don't have the right to share.

If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account. If we close it for this reason, we don't have to refund the rest of your plan.

9. Our content and your answers

The questions, scenarios, notes, model answers, mark schemes, mock interview designs, the site and its software belong to us or the people we license them from, and are protected by copyright and database rights. We give you a personal licence to use them for your own interview preparation while you have access. You may not use them for anything else.

Your recordings and answers stay yours. You let us store and process them so we can transcribe them, mark them and show you your feedback, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We don't use them for anything else and never show them to other users.

10. AI feedback

Transcripts, scores and feedback are produced by AI. They are usually helpful but can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent, so use your own judgement. They are practice guidance, not professional, medical, legal or careers advice. Not agreeing with a score is not on its own a fault in the service.

11. Keeping the service running

We work to keep MMIReady available, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We rely on other providers for hosting, data storage, AI and payments. We may improve, change or remove features. If we make a change that removes something important you have paid for, you can cancel and we'll refund the part of your plan you haven't been able to use.

12. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, for business losses, or for the result of any interview or application, including not getting an interview or an offer.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaking your legal rights as a consumer, such as the right to digital content that is as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

13. Closing your account

You can stop using MMIReady at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing admin@mmiready.co.uk. Cancel any weekly or monthly plan first so you aren't charged again. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. If we close your account for any other reason, we'll give you reasonable notice and refund the part of your plan you haven't been able to use.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the law or our service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects a plan you are paying for, we'll email you before it applies. The terms you agreed to when you bought a plan continue to apply to that purchase.

15. Complaints and the law

If you're unhappy, email admin@mmiready.co.uk and we'll try to put it right. We aim to reply within 24 hours. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.
